Which is better...Tumblr or Blogspot?

I’ve tried both. They both are quite different. Honestly you should check them both out & see which you prefer!

I prefer Blogspot for blogging for a more modified look, but Tumblr is used more as a photo stream basically. However, you can tag things A LOT better on Tumblr. I have more followers on my tumblr account than my blogspot & I ONLY put pictures on Tumblr.

If you want a following quick, i would go with Tumblr, but if you want responses back to what you post, I’d use Blogspot.

I only have a blogspot, I think blogspot is if you want to have a proper blog with writing, not just photos. From what i’ve seen, tumblr is better for posting photos and finding new/funny/interesting photos and re-posting them. Blogspot is great if you want to have something like a style blog!

Blogspot is good for people who actually want to blog.
Tumblr… I’ll keep my opinions to myself here.

I have both! Tumblr is good for just pictures and short statements, blogspot is great for a longer, diarylike website.

agree. if you are more of the photo type and want to fill your blog with anything basically, maybe you should go for tumblr. i have thousands of followers on tumblr and i only post photos.

for blogspot, its more of a professional looking site. i started with blogspot years ago, moved to tumblr and now im back to blogspot because for me blogspot is the “real thing” while tumblr is like blog-like only and not really a blog. idk hahaha
