What should I wear when I go prom dress shopping? I’m sure something comfy, but should I do heels to see how tall I look in the dress? Should I just stick to sandals? Jeans? Casual?

Help!

I’d say take heels if you plan to wear them, but wear flats for walking between shops. Make sure you wear the right underwear too :)
Can’t wait ti see what you buy!

Thanks! I don’t really have a good pair of flats, but I’ll think of something.

I know right?! Everyone else in my class seems to have their dress already except me xD

I’d say take heels in your bag like aranell suggests, you need to be comfy. wear something that’s easy to take on an off, nothing too fussy or uncomfortable.

I would take the right size of heels you plan on wearing.
I’d probably just wear leggings and a dress. Easy to change in and out of. x

I would agree to take some heels with you. I would also suggest to wear something with a wide neckline or even a hoodie so that you don’t mess with your hair too much.

bring the heels to see how they look with the dress.

wearing a dress would make it easier to slip in & out of clothes. wear flip-flops & bring a pair of heels to try on with your dress.

I agree with them. Wear a dress that’s easy to slip off like a tube dress so you only have to take off one piece of clothing when trying prom dresses on. Bring a pair of heels with you and most importantly wear a strapless bra. :)
