ok, imagine these:

i’m making a pair to wear to my school’s yearly “art gala” or ART PROM!! only high waisted.

what do i wear for a top?
should i put a large lady gagaish bow on the back?

I would wear a sleek black top, perhaps semi-sheer. Don’t know about the bow, might be a bit over the top, unless of course that’s what you’re going for.

Yeah, I would stick with black all over. I am not a huge fan of the pants, but if you like them I would keep it simple. The pants make quite a statement all on their own.

I third the above two ^ Semi-sheer drapey black top over a black bodysuit? Or maybe just a black corset? Hmm, I would say no to the bow on the back of the pants though.
