Shopping! But I can’t really do that all the time lol. Chocolate, or just a good meal! There is just something about good food that makes you feel better :)
Talking to a friend or driving – driving always clears my head. Country driving – not traffic filled city driving :)
taking a bath or sewing, though sewing also makes me procrastinate=more stress :D
posted over 2 years agoI don’t think I really have some set way to deal with stress. Sometimes I’ll talk to my mother or a friend so I can vent. That gets most of it off my chest I suppose.

posted about 1 year agolol…i think i take stress quite badly.
i drink far too many lo-carb, sugar free monster energy drinks,
and don’t eat.
i know it’s soooo bad, but not eating gives me a sense
of control even when everything is out of wack.
I drink a lot of water and take bubble baths. Also just go for a walk by yourself and have some alone time. Watch a funny show or get some good sleep!
posted about 1 year agogo for a walk, watch countless episodes of scrubs, listen to music on full blast, drink red wine until i begin to laugh everything off, tidy up, draw/paint, i tend to force the suck it up; it’s not the end of the world mentality, despite the fact that I’m literally self destructing, i try suck that up too until i finally implode.
posted about 1 year agooh god retail therapy! that’s like my number one stress reliever… totally forgot about that..

I deal with stress by a) eating b) shopping
neither are healthy so I try yoga, I tried meditation (not good at it), and I write in journals and distract myself with humorous things like tv shows and movies.
I write. I have a journal and I’ve had it since I was 10 years old. I’m 21 now and have 45 of them!
posted about 1 year agoi watch glee. show tunes cheer me up.
i might also go running. the exercise allows me to let loose.
i honestly don’t handle stress very well. i also like hot showers.
