I drink a lot of water and take bubble baths. Also just go for a walk by yourself and have some alone time. Watch a funny show or get some good sleep!posted about 5 years ago
I deal with stress by a) eating b) shopping
neither are healthy so I try yoga, I tried meditation (not good at it), and I write in journals and distract myself with humorous things like tv shows and movies.

i watch glee. show tunes cheer me up.
i might also go running. the exercise allows me to let loose.
