I drink coffee everyday and try to offset it with a lot of water. naturally if you drink coffee at night youll stay up, but you’ll be fine if you drink it in the morning. I’m pretty sure it’s actually good for you if you have a cup a day.posted almost 2 years ago
I used to be addicted! Lately though I’ve been drinking green tea in the mornings. Then I’ll get a couple shots of espresso in the afternoon if I start getting tired. If I had a cappucinno maker at home I would have a couple of those daily, though!posted over 1 year ago

im dead without it. even a cup makes a difference.
i usually buy stronger coffee, and i measure it less for a cup (1 full teaspoon for 60ml of water? and a cup is 120 ml – you’d have to use a teaspoon full over the top, so i use less than that) the result is that the coffee is not very strong, and the ground coffee lasts for longer (extra 2 or 3 cups?)
I decided to stop because of my bladder infection. Once in awhile, I would just get spiced-flavored drink of hot cocoa. I feel so much better now.posted over 1 year ago
