I purchased a necklace from Chanel in Paris just over a month ago, I have worn it maybe three times.. and today I noticed it is missing not one stone.. but 5! They are really small stones and I managed to find 2 of the missing ones, but I paid an arm and a leg for this necklace and I have taken really good care of it.
I’m going to call the Chanel store in Toronto tomorrow but my questions are: Does anyone have any experience with Chanel’s customer service or exchange policies or anything? Will the store be able to do anything if I purchased it in Paris? Should I ask for them to replace the necklace or fix the damages or would they even consider offering me that service?
I own other Chanel jewelery and I have never had this problem so I think this just a flawed necklace and I don’t think it reflexes the quality of Chanel products at all.
