I’m American, but in my state, we say “howdy!” Well, most people do, but I never have lol. :D

In my native language we say" Bonjour" or “Salut” but my father come from Poland so I’ll tell you “Dzien Dobry”

In France we say “Bonjour” that is formal but also “Salut” that is much like “Hey”
