Somehow it feels releasing to say when we cried because to be honest, when I do cry, I rarely ever tell anyone. Doesn’t really make sense I guess…lol

I always cry. Don’t ever watch any Nicholas Sparks movie with me because its going to rain. I also cry when I’m frusturated and then I cry because I cry when I’m frusturated and then I’m frusturated even more and the cycle goes on and on.
Did you know crying is healthy?

I cry a LOT. I get sad and frustrated way too often. I also think too much about things that upset me. And then sometimes, I just miss my cat and look at cat pictures on the internet and sob. And then for no reason I look at the wedding boards on pinterest and sob because LOVE.

I usually cry at good romantic movies or drama. I rarely cry in my real life, maybe just when I’m very nervous about something or I am very sad, but that doesn’t happend very often :).

I tend to hold my emotions in and I know that that is absolutely unhealthy to do. I usually break down when I just can’t take it anymore and I will literally sob for days. I’m also a sucker for sentimental movies.

Crying is a way of releasing one’s emotions. We all feel frustrated over various thing throughout our lives. Some resolve to sex, drugs, drinking and even murder. So crying is a very good option to release your emotions.
