i like the idea of working out…but i have such an issue of going and actually doing it. in an attempt to do something i do about 200 crunches a day and 50 push ups, i know it’s like nothing but i figure something is better than just sitting around all day. but does anyone have any exercises that are easy to do, or tips on how to motivate yourself?
posted over 1 year agoThe 100 workout. 100 jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leg lifts, 20 jumping jacks, then 10 minutes of running. It may seem hard but it’s fun and it makes you want to finish it. You feel super great after! Or try Turbofire.
