Last year I lost about 40+lbs going to the gym regularly doing group exercise classes, but we all know routines get boring. What’s your favorite or most effective workout?

Yoga is currently my favorite. You have to try out a few teachers though-I went through quite a few before I actually started to enjoy it. Running I hate to do, but I love the feeling after, so it is hard to get myself motivated. I also love horseback riding, but it is too expensive. Zumba is also really fun-almost like going to the dance club, but without any alcohol!

Yoga! I’ve been practicing since january and I am in love with it! Not only you get to be fitter, but it also helps when it comes to coping with stress and anxiety.

I love yoga!!! I would like to start jogging, I can run on the treadmill for about 30min straight but when I tried to take it to outdoors, it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT I wanted to cry. Any suggestions on how to get over the feeling of dying while doing outside jogging/running.

I usually pop in a Jillian Michaels dvd or do a general search on Netflix for workouts and try one of those out, hehe. But, I usually get in a fairly good workout just walking my dog around where I live (in the mountains). Luckyyy meee!

I love hot yoga. I don’t know how effective it is for losing weight but I did increase my strength a lot! Walking is the most effective, for me, though. Walk everywhere!

(heavy) weight lifting. by far.
bench press, deadlifts, military press, barbell squats, pull ups, back extensions, and things of that nature. I honestly love it and it’s incredibly effective at keeping me in shape and strong. Not to mention gaining strength and keeping up with the muscular guys in the gym is fun too

Well i like to do yoga and swimming.Yoga work out is a one excellent work out, which is really excellent for wellness. Yoga is a really the excellent, way to get a lean body and its excellent to avoid from the condition. Its really very useful for the human lifestyle. Yoga is the best, way to pleasure and create your thoughts relaxing.

Usually when I’m at home, I’ll go on speed-walks with my mom for about 45 minutes a day. Also, a quick easy way I work up a sweat is by playing “Just Dance” for at least an hour(: It’s fun and it’s a work out(if you actually try)!

I like jogging and also have Hip Hop Abs from Beachbody and absolutely love it. Street cycling and hiking are my favorite as well
