I like jogging and also have Hip Hop Abs from Beachbody and absolutely love it. Street cycling and hiking are my favorite as well
posted 3 months agoI really enjoy calm and relaxing exercises that focus more on control, balance, and toning. My favorite is yoga, because of all the options of poses, how I can design a custom workout for me, and how I can pretty much do it any time and anywhere. I also took a t’ai chi class last year, and it was fun, relaxing, and helped me build balance, coordination, and control.

I am doing yoga and yoga is my favorite workout. Yoga not only promotes strength and flexibility in growing bodies; it also cultivates a sense of balance and respect for the world around oneself. Put simply, yoga improves behavioral issues as well as overall health.

i love pilates, i think it’s the best way to have lean and toned muscles, you can feel the difference after only one workout and it also makes you relaxed and energetic
