mine is the leg crunches, instead full up crunches which hurt my back do leg crunches
1. lay down on you back on your mat
2. raise both legs together up 45 degrees above the floor
3. move both legs in a clockwise circular motion, 10 sets
4. keeping the same 45 degree angle move legs in scissor like motion
5. same 45 degree angle, move legs up and down

Yoga and going out dancing on the weekends with my friends. Great fun and when you dance for 3 hours straight you get a great butt.

Walking and playing with my dog.
I do stepping, mainly because I don’t move much and already have leg problems. (joints, light genu recurvatum) I’ve been told if I forced too much (that means running normally like when you just feel like it, or biking) it’d aggravate the problems, but if I kept not exercising my legs (I’m homeschooled, so sometimes when it rains bad or is too sunny I won’t even go out for the dog) I’d also risk aggravation.
I also want to do abdominal exercises, but keep forgetting to do these!
I used to ride my bike a lot before and loved that, especially in the morning or evening, even at night.
I think maybe I should look into yoga or pilates.
Some martial arts also would interest me that I can’t do.
Guess what? When I could have physically done these sports, I had no interest in it.

Walking, riding my bike, calisthenics, anything I can do as part of my day without having to wear any special clothes or use special equipment I can only find at the gym. If I relied on making it to the gym to get my exercise, it would never happen!

I do a similar exercise to the leg crunches as part of my pre-bedtime calisthenic routine. Maybe I’ll try your version!

I´d recommend Jillian Michael´s 30 Days Shred. It takes only 20mins a day and it works magic. Loads of easy but effective moves.
