In a healthy way.. and im also planning to quit cigs, eat more and better, and do some exercising! I find my self not having a lot of time for myself cuz im a stay at home mom, and often im already drained. I feel like i have this dragging feeling and i hate feeling like that! A friend of mine has the same problem. He learned that exercise and working out actually helps him gain weight because he feels hungrier more often. He says that when he stops working out he actually loses the weight.
