Besides using different products and eating your vitamins with a healthy diet, there’s not much you can do to spur hair growth and have thicker hair. It’s just the hair you were born with. There is a shampoo that Nexxus makes that is specifically for thinner hair and it’s supposed to target the hair follicle to help stimulate hair growth.
And extensions actually are a great way to fake thicker hair. You don’t have to get the expensive kind. Even just using a few well-placed clip in extensions can give some volume to your hair. I know it’s not really the answer you want to hear. :(
