I have really thin hair and I’ve been trying everything, I take Biotin daily, don’t use any heat on them, and use sulfate free shampoos. It helped a little but not enough.
I don’t want to use extensions or anything like that
Are there any other ways to make them thicker?

Besides using different products and eating your vitamins with a healthy diet, there’s not much you can do to spur hair growth and have thicker hair. It’s just the hair you were born with. There is a shampoo that Nexxus makes that is specifically for thinner hair and it’s supposed to target the hair follicle to help stimulate hair growth.

And extensions actually are a great way to fake thicker hair. You don’t have to get the expensive kind. Even just using a few well-placed clip in extensions can give some volume to your hair. I know it’s not really the answer you want to hear. :(

That’s a great resource for anything hair-related. I’m sure you can find advice there.
