Apple slices and peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks. Or I would suggest a fruit salad with cut strawberries, bananas, berries, and kiwi. You can also make a tuna sandwich with sliced avocado. Definitely grapes. Or some greek yogurt and peaches. You wouldn’t know it, but Greek yogurt is extremely filling, healthy, low-fat if you buy the right kind, and will keep you full until breakfast.posted over 1 year ago

I always take a spoon full of peanut butter but try celery and peanut butter it might sound weird but it is good! Also Apples and peanut butter is good!Peanut butter and bananas is also great!posted 9 months ago

Essentially what you eat should optimize two aspects: healthy eating and promotion of sleep. The stimulation to sleep is derived from the presence of Tryptophan in the food (the same chemical that makes you sleepy after that yummy Thanksgiving turkey).
