Apple slices and peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks. Or I would suggest a fruit salad with cut strawberries, bananas, berries, and kiwi. You can also make a tuna sandwich with sliced avocado. That’s one of my favorites. Anything low in sodium and sugars will keep your stomach feeling well and all of these are healthy too!
posted over 1 year agoWell, apples have caffeine content so it will keep you up. Cold selection of fruits would be lovely, and tuna in brine!
posted over 1 year agoDefinitely grapes. Or some greek yogurt and peaches. You wouldn’t know it, but Greek yogurt is extremely filling, healthy, low-fat if you buy the right kind, and will keep you full until breakfast.

posted 10 months agoI always take a spoon full of peanut butter but try celery and peanut butter it might sound weird but it is good! Also Apples and peanut butter is good!Peanut butter and bananas is also great!

posted 9 months agoI usually eat popcorn late at night-it’s not too filling so you can still go to bed. Either that or whatever fruit I have lying around.
posted 9 months agoEssentially what you eat should optimize two aspects: healthy eating and promotion of sleep. The stimulation to sleep is derived from the presence of Tryptophan in the food (the same chemical that makes you sleepy after that yummy Thanksgiving turkey).
