It worked for me! Eat a lot, eat right before bed, move less, eat richer, denser food. Enrich everything (having a PB&J? Add chocolate chips! Having a bowl of cereal? Add nuts and cream! Having ice cream? Add cookies and sauces! You get the idea). Drink calories!
