I’m trying to get more healthy – and everyone says drinking more water is important! Any tips? :)

I just grab a water bottle, and refill it throughout the day as I get thirsty. It’s pretty much all I drink.
8 glasses of water a day isn’t actually necessary for everyone. Drink a glass of water before each meal (it’ll also help you eat less), and then when you’re thirsty, and you’ll be fine.

I don’t drink 8 glasses but I it maybe easier to drink like huge glasses or water in the morning and one at night before bed and little glasses during the day. Space it out so you wont get tired all I really drink is water not to be healthy or anything but we really just don’t buy sodas and juices like that and if we do it’s like crystal light. My family is super healthy compared to others.

I really don’t drink a lot but drinking water makes your skin more beautiful. One of the earliest sign of dehydration are eyebags and dry skin. They say you should drink water a much as you can plus healthy foods. It does not only keep you healthy it makes you beautiful physically too! ;)

I found it easier to measure in jars. I drink about 4-5 jars a day, except for the days I exercise I drink close to 8-12

i drink around 3-4 liters a day which is 13-16 cups!

I heard that if you divide your weight in pounds by two, thats how many ounces you should drink. I don’t know if theres any truth to that but it’s worth a try.

Everywhere says that it’s eight cups a day. But I read in an article that you should just drink the amount that your body feels you need.

The only things I drink are water, tea (the home brewed, hot, unsweetened kind), and coffee. All water or water based. I always keep a mug or water bottle on me and sip away constantly. I need to stay hydrated to play sorts ad work out, but I probably drink 150 ounces of water a day.

I drink 12 to 15 glasses of water daily.
It think it is enough to maintain the health and fitness.
Studies also show that a normal person should drink at least 15 glasses of water daily.

You’re supposed to drink your weight in glasses. So if you’re 120 pounds, that’s 12 glasses. Or a double digit would be 90 pounds, 9 glasses. But at the minimum, drink 8 at least! Water keeps you looking fresh and clean(:

I keep forgetting to drink water, I only drink when am thirsty then at night before bed I get more thirsty and drink a glass but read somewhere it causes eyebags…
