I know I don’t get enough sleep and it’s starting to hinder my health and beauty. I probably naturally fall asleep around 2AM and wake up around 8:30AM every day.

What’s your sleep cycle? & what do you consider to be a good night’s sleep? (:

I usually fall asleep really early and wake up at around 6:30 in the morning. I like waking up early because I feel like you could get more done during then day rather than when it’s dark outside.

i hardly sleep on get around 4 hours everyday
