too much. i need to go out more..
as long as i can keep myself busy, i’ll be good
I break up the periods that I'm on the computer by 3-4 hours. I'm usually on a Photoshop spree and editing full sets of photos, so when I'm feeling that my creativity or energy is draining, I stretch then maybe nap or read a book or do a lap of the stairs since I live in a building. Also great to drink water while you're on the computer because you'll find yourself drinking more water than you usualy do if you're not typically a water drinker. I do spend a lot of time online, though, and I've cut that down by not having Facebook open or so readily available. If you're going on to work on photos/blogposts, try using as many offline programs as possible and disable wifi access. Helps me get focused and finish my work in a fraction of the time is would normally take.
