It’s actually like 85% diet and the rest exercise. Increase your protein intake and lower carbs, drink plenty of water, and add a cardio routine. It takes time, to see and feel noticeable results. If you wanted you could even add a fat burning supplement, but you need to really do your research beforehand. & Consult your doctor ;)
