Am physically active, I do running and walking for about an hour everyday to keep my joints healthy. But then, am now suffering from Arthritis. My friends recommended to change my diet and take Hercules Joint Health of Hercules Vitamins. Anyone tried Hercules Joint Health yet?

Any feedback and other supplements you may recommend?

Your friends are right about the diet change! That can make a huge difference! You’re on the right path; staying active can really help improve arthritic symptoms.

I haven’t tried the supplement you mentioned, but I would recommend taking calcium supplements, glucosamine, and MSM. I would also take ginger or turmeric. Both are anti-inflammatory and are natural ways to address pain and swelling. I have chronic inflammation in small bones in my feet and I’ve noticed a difference when I’m taking ginger every day. That being said, you should read up on the supplements I recommended before taking them! There’s always a possibility of complications, even when you’re taking vitamins or natural supplements. For example, you shouldn’t take high doses of ginger, turmeric, or fish oil if you’re on blood thinners. I’ve also read about rich, homemade bone broths being beneficial for connective tissue & arthritic conditions. Might not make a difference, but it wouldn’t hurt :)

There are lots of supplements in the market for various ailments and health conditions which don’t need a prescription. But it is always good to take a doctor’s advice before you try anything on your own.

My joint are now getting better and better simonwinslet, thanks for advice. My joints keeps on getting better and this might because of Hercules Joint Health of Hercules Vitamins that I ordered online thru herculesvitamins.com. Thank you so much guys!!!

My physician told me to continue with my daily exercises.

MSM supplements. Seriously, when I forget to take them I feel it just a few days later. Calcium and B vitamins can also help.
