usually for breakfast i eat a heavy meal specially if i have a gym appointment. Eat eggs, and banana my fitness trainer suggested to eat eggs, its high in protein which our body needs plus it give enough energy, banana helps prevent cramps, but as i said if you’re going to the gym please do have a heavy breakfast, as for the remaining meal times, why not cut down everything, try veggies and fruits high in fiber, take water instead of soda, juice, coffee.posted almost 4 years ago
