To reduce excessive fat do hard exercise and take natural fat losing foods.
Do aerobic workouts in your everyday exercise for at least 30 minutes for the fat losing.
Take natural tea, vegetables salad & soups, citrus fruits juices, and nuts in what you eat in order to reduce your human extra fat.

Thanks for the tip! Cardio exercise is key when wanting to lose weight. A good diet helps, but cardio will really burn those calories.

if 30 mins every day is too hard, just stand up and walk around for a few mins every hour, eat smaller portion of food but eat regularly, like 5 times a day, which will keep your metabolism level up.
