Hi everyone! I’ve started working out recently and I’ve learned that I should do cardio exercises at least 20 minutes per day. The only thing is that I HATE running/ jogging. I know there are people who can run for days, but I’m just a terrible runner. What other forms of cardio can I do besides running or jogging but gives me just as much benefit?

Jumping jacks, if you are stuck indoors
If you go to a gym- the elliptical
What about stair running? That might be less awkward for you.
I am the same way! I hate running and always have! It’s so painfully boring. Instead, I go for long walks, swim, and sometimes I dance around the house, haha. For me, what works best for staying in shape is just constantly moving. DON’T take the closest parking space, DO take the stairs, DO crunches or jog in place while you’re watching TV. Just be active! Anything that is not sitting is good!
