I am the same way! I hate running and always have! It’s so painfully boring. Instead, I go for long walks, swim, and sometimes I dance around the house, haha. For me, what works best for staying in shape is just constantly moving. DON’T take the closest parking space, DO take the stairs, DO crunches or jog in place while you’re watching TV. Just be active!
