I used to weigh 108 pounds and I barely ate.
At the present I am about 160.
I know thats fat compared to most of you
But I am really curious as to what you all eat every day.
No lies.
I bet many of you skip meals or eat way under 1200 cals.
And I am not saying this as an insult.
But looking through the pics I wonder what does it take?

An average day for me would be…
Breakfast: oatmeal made with almond milk, almonds, fruit
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w/ spinach, tomato, ranch
Dessert: 3/4C ice cream
Dinner: Spaghetti tomato sauce, chicken

I don’t eat much honestly, I just can’t eat much… But I usually eat a little from everything. In the morning I eat a fruit or I just drink a juice made of fruits by my mom, at lunch I eat whatever my mom cooks, I don’t eat dessert right after lunch, I just eat it when I feel like I wanna eat and at dinner again depends on whatever my mom prepares.

I eat anything, but my metabolism is quick. I eat from healthy food to fast food.
