The past half year, I’ve gained a total of probably 8-9 pounds, I used to weigh 109 and now I’m about 118. Although 109 isn’t that bad (I am about 5’3.5"), I’m actually quite happier now that I’ve gained up to 118. Maybe I’ve come to the point in my life where I feel healthier (although I should try to exercise more) and I’m content with my weight.
When I used to weigh 103 (about 1.5 year ago), I thought I looked good but everybody said I looked gaunt and skeleton-y. On photos, I probably looked better, but in real life, I looked like I lacked nutrition.
So, I was just wondering if any of you Chictopians feel a happy medium with your weight? If not… what would you guys do to get to your ideal weight?
