I use mud masks once a week or so. I also use lavender oil in trouble areas. Both the masks and the lavender oil work by pulling impurities from the skin.

Usually people who get acne have a genetic tendency towards it. According to a cosmetologist, we don´t get enough Zinc from our nutrition. Lack of Zinc in your system may lead to infections and that can lead to acne. Genetic tendency plus lack of Zinc may result in acne. So start on a Zinc vitamin supply (I take Zinc on a daily basis) and then there´s the Bion skin care – line, which I can recommend highly. I use the daily creme wash from the line and I don´t have any pimples on my face. Like none. I use it twice a day and I rub it on my face for one minute before I wash it away.

Hope it´s been helpful!
