If you want to grow your hair fast, you need to keep your hair in tip top condition at all times. This is a must. Here are some of the most effective tips I always use whenever I want to grow back my hair fast:

1. Shower in warm water, not hot, but warm. (If you want an extra shine, when you’re done washing the shampoo out, use an extra blast of cold water on you hair.)
2. Massage your head when you put the shampoo and conditioner in your hair.
3. Believe it or not, but trimming the ends does help it grow.
4. Don’t tease your hair, it damages it and it causes you to lose a lot of you hair.
5. Eat good nutrition.
6. Go out in the sun, it’ll help your hair grow.
7. Brush your hair in the morning, and after you take a shower once your hair is DRY. If you comb it when it’s wet, it’ll become damaged and make a lot of broken tips and it’ll just damage your hair a lot.
8. Relax
9. Consume lots and lots of vitamins.
10. Try Wash & Grow Shampoo, it has been scientifically proven that it will trigger hair growth twice the normal rate, I’ve tried it and it works. The only downside is that it’s too expensive.

Hope that helps! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

To be honest it is really hard to make your hair grow faster and i don’t have any tips or tricks for me.In Finland i notice that many people have a very nice long hair however some are still having a problem with their hair including "kuivat hiukset ":http://rausch.fi/ or dry hair which some of people there are encountering it because of cold weather.

Make sure you're eating enough healthy fats - it makes such a difference to start from the inside out! If you're eating low fat, your hair just won't look as good or grow as well.

Hi,

PABA also known as para-aminobenzoic is considered good organic compound to have healthy effects on the hair. Hair also demands vital minerals like iron, copper, silica and selenium.

I’d recommend this mask http://www.kalinka-store.com/products/382 - it’s organic and vegan and very effective. It contains extract of herbs and plants cultivated according to the laws of organic farming.

If you are using a hair straightener,  check that is of good quality and does not damage the hair.

Look at them

I've done all sorts of awful things to my hair in the past year. When I started it was mid back length and then I bleached it... about 3 times. My hair is thin too! But I gradually dyed it back to brown after I got bored with the blonde. I cut about 5 inches off and I have been growing it back ever since. One shampoo that's helped is Carol's Daughter Monoi or anything Pantene. I suggest just to get a fortifying amino acid based shampoo to maximize your rate of growth and get enough sleep!
