It can be pretty hard for girls. We’re designed to have a little extra in that area, so sometimes even the skinniest girls have a rounded tummy. Losing weight is really the only way to achieve a flat tummy, but don’t go over board! Just because you have a slightly rounded middle doesn’t mean you need to lose any weight!
posted about 1 year agoThere’s not much you can do about the way you’re built. Like the previous poster said, even some thin girls still have rounded stomachs. We are all shaped differently and carry our weight differently. Usually women with flat tummies are pear-shaped or ruler-shaped to begin with.

Don’t do sit ups, they can cause an awkward bubble in your lower abs. Do crunches, planks, and other core exercises and start running or my personal favorite, elliptical machines on high resistance. And eat healthy. Just because you are burning up calories, doesn’t mean you can consume more. (:

It’s probably best to go to the gym, but I honestly shouldn’t be answering this question.
a healthy stomah is usually my best advice, a regularity on it is the best way to achieve a flat tummy, i started with drinking 5 ounce of water right after i wake up and stand up, brush my teeth, then wait 45 mins before i eat anything, that helps my stomach to move and lets me go to the wc , i do that everyday and is really helping me cleanse, therefoe i get a flat tummy :)
