eat more and get old… lol, seriously.. I’m your size (maybe an inch shorter) and I’ve always struggled with this… Over the years, as I ate correctly and healthily and started exercising (some weight resistance training doesn’t hurt) I’ve gotten a little ‘fuller’ but in a healthy way.
Another note, instead of looking like you have a fuller figure, focus on buying clothes that fit you. It sucks a lot when you see a cute top in an XS and it STILL doesn’t fit. Cut your losses and move on.. This might mean that you have to start buying clothes at places you don’t normally.. or you can still buy that top, but learn how to alter it to fit your size..
In any case, I feel you.. its a different kind of struggle in a world where everyone wants to get thinner… just embrace your body :)
posted about 1 year agoShirts with ruffles in the front are great at giving the illusion of a fuller chest, or anything with a bold pattern or design at the chest area.
Bib necklaces and scarfs that hover around the chest are also great accessories to use.
Cinch belts better define the waist and give the illusion of an hourglass figure.
Avoid shirts with low necklines, vnecks, and baggy pants.
