Hi I have a big situation here ive been trying to get my hair to grow for a year now!! I started to bleach my hair i was 14 years old and dyed my hair back to my natural color at 19 years old now i am 20 and i havint colored my hair for a good year i take vitamine E and wash my hair once or twice a week i dont iron it only ocasions… I blow dry my hair and do treatments every month or two !! Anyways i am veryyy carefull with my hair i trime it wenn its starts breakin my haire is a bit past my shoulders and HAS NOT MOVED !!!!!!!!! Im going crazy here please help me !!!!!!!

Give it time I guess, but you could try running and keeping you hair healthy. It won’t hurt ? :) :)

Use Fresh Alo Vera gel and cut your ends on a regular. It does wonders

I have a similar problem…I’ve started to dye my hair since I was 12…the last time (and forever my last) was back like 5 months ago. my hair is sooooo dead and it seems like forever since it’s been long and beautiful =(

if you trim you dead ends a bit it will help your hair grow. but only cut a bit off!
