What do you guys think about it?
Do you love it, hate it?

I dont mean any crazy colors, just natural colors that match your hair

Personally, i think that it depends.
When it comes to crazy color feather, which im not so crazy about. But if it looks right on someone then i’ll like it. But if it looks random and foolish, then well.. u get the point.
If i were to get feather extension, i would prefer to get natural color that match the tone of my hair like blonde or brownish.

I think feather extensions or any feathers in your hair looks ridiculous. But that’s just my personal opinion. As for guys they probably don’t really care but they’d probably make fun of then. Or at least the guys I know, haha.

I’m surprised no one brought it up before. I think it looks cute on some girls, but I think it’s a short-lived, dying trend. I have to admit I bought some, but never had the guts to wear them because I’d look like pocahontas :P

This has become a controversial trend. The fake ones are just as good as the real ones and no bird’s are injured or skinned in the process of making them.

amr, chances are they use chicken feathers, so if anything they’re being more ecological than not. Exotic feathers (like peacocks) though, I definitely agree with you.

I agree with blueviolet725 and Chris213, it was cute at first but now that everyone and their mom has one I’m getting sick of looking at them.

I for one am loving the feather haired trend thats going on, although it looses its “coolness” when i pretty much see eeeeverybody doing it; at least it pushes me away from doing it to my own hair, though i’ve been tempred. I am definetely loving the more natural looking ones as opposed to the bright colored feathers

I absolutely loved them when they very first came out. I had decided to get a few too, but about a week later everyone had them, so I decided to pass on the trend

I got one long before they were so mainstream, because my bestie wanted to test it out…as she is a hair stylist, however with my really long and thick hair, its hidden most of the time and peeks out every once in a while. I am in love it so much as its so extremly subtle, however there are some major overkill on some gals I have been witness too with either too many or too extreme colors!!!! I get a bit weirded out when I see it on children….. Seriously moms? What is that?!?! Horrifying!

I like it, but I think it only looks cute if the feather matches your hair and is slim in size. I hate bright, oversize father clip-ons.

i got feather extensions a while ago and i loved it ( i picked a neutral color). I now have clip in neutral ones i think it really adds to a boho inspired look…

The salon I’m currently with does them, but I can’t get over where they come from so I haven’t gotten any or learned to apply them.

I dislike it very much. I think they look like bad hair extensions, or that you’ve treated your hair terribly in the past. It just doesn’t look cute to me. Besides they’re not worth the money to be put in.

I had the feather extensions for a bit. I think they look okay on some people, depending on their style and their overall attitude. Something different that still is on the feather trend is to wear long feather earrings. I really enjoyed this before it was a trend and is something that some people might like to try out.
