I’ve always found it difficult to make morning work-outs part of my routine. I really understand how hard it can be to get up early enough before work to exercise and get ready afterward. However, once you make it part of your routine, it gets so much easier! It really boosts my mood and energy throughout the day. But working out in the evening is better than nothing if you just can’t do mornings.

I just started taking hour walks and honestly I have no set time. Sometimes I wake up and that is the first thing I feel like doing. Other times I am still feeling lazy when I wake up and so I wait until I am more awake, which is usually in the afternoon…

Evening. I’m a lousy morning person, I get nothing done. I’m glad to get my clothes on before going to school! Couldn’t imagine a breakfast, a run, a shower….. geesh I’d be like zzzz…. :D

Morning. It feels so good to be finished before it’s time to start the day.
