Really using any kind of moisturiser twice a day is a good way to start, make sure to rub it in your hands then rub down on your problem area.Press down hard on the cellulite then again and repeat it a few times until the moisturiser is soaked in.Try using your thumbs as well, the pressure from them really works the cellulite.
You can also try exfoliators and body scrubs, and fake tank hides all kinds of sins.
Id suggest doing the moisturising for a couple of weeks before seeing results, but it really does work.
posted over 4 years agoUse a product designed to eliminate cellulite like Avon’s Cellusculpt. It has a specially designed nozzle to rub the cream into the area that works with the cream.
Also try exfoliating or using a body brush everytime your in the shower.
Exercise can help and drinking water.
There are also some exercises that target it, type it into Google and you’ll find some.
Also key point when moisturizing or using any type of cream or when body brushing USE CIRCULAR MOTIONS. it really helps by increasing blood flow.
posted about 3 years agoCellulite is typically located on the buttocks, hips, and thighs. However, it can also be located on the back of the arms, directly below the arm pit, and even on the chest in some cases.

Hi! I have been working with a book author (Body Back) and learned a lot about how important circulation in those areas are (there is build up of fat deposits) and circulation helps keep it moving. Dry brushing, pinching, slapping, exfoliating. We just did a video with her on getting rid of cellulite. Im slender but still have cellulite/stretch marks and I have been using the tips every day for months now and even my fiance (you know how men DONT notice little things) pointed out that my stretch marks and cellulite was going away. Anyway check out the video, hope you like it, they are the same tips I have been using. (Do these daily and give it time!)

posted about 1 year agoThere is no way to completely get rid of cellulite.
You might be able to reduce it’s appearance if you work extremely hard.
I don’t know how drinking lot’s of water would work? Anyone elaborate?
Cellulite is basically hard deposits of fat, so what is water gonna do? dissolve it? XD
I would not advise rubbing against the circulation(aka down to the ankle), old saying always tells you to rub towards your heart.
But let’s face it, everything we do regarding cellulite, is a bunch of witchcraft.
Good luck though!

First off, don’t be embarassed! Most (if not all) women have cellulite to some degree. It’s hormonally determined wether or not you are prone to it.
While there is no way (apart from liposuction/plastic surgery) to get rid of your cellulite completely, there are some things you can do to make sure it stays in check or becomes less apparant.
Drink lots of water, atleast 1.5 liters a day, but preferably 2-2.5 liters. Your body’s cells need water to stay “happy” and your body needs the water to be able to excrete waste. If you do not drink enough water, the waste sticks in your body and it mostly gets stored in fat cells.
Deep tissue massage will help reduce the appearance of your cellulite, as it will help break down the hardened connective tissue supporting the fat cells. True deep tissue massage is painfull though and should really be done by a professional.
Massage you do yourself, as with scrubbing will not have much effect on the actual cellulite, but the increased bloodflow to the areas will make it appear less “lumpy” if you stick with it. Don’t be too gentle with the massaging though.
The problem with most cellulite treatments out there is that they only “camouflage” the issue and the effect will dissapear as soon as you stop using them.
posted about 1 year agoWater and excersize. Exfoliating and moisturising may help, but nothing beats the excersize part. It’s hard work, but possible, and if you keep working out, it won’t come back. Otherwise it will always return no matter what.
