They might be too drying for your skin, which leads to your skin producing more oil. You also may have a hormone imbalance. I would ask your doctor, if you have access to one :)

I also have oily skin and have found through experience that products targeting oily skin as catiebeatty said tend to be overdrying. The solution I found is to use a moisturizing cleanser and after using countless cleansers and my HG product is the one from pH Advantage glycolic gel cleanser from phskincare.com/skin-care-products/glycolic-gel-cleanser/ it also exfoliates, but the trick is also to only wash your face once a day. I used to think that since my skin was oily I had to strip it from all its by washing it all the time Big Mistake and have found that once a day at night is sufficient.
