i used to use this filipino make up remover called “eskinol” and it worked wonders and made my skin looked good but its hard for me to use around my eyes.
now i use baby oil and it works really good as well. i just gotta wash my face right after…haha
To remove foundation from the face, I apply equal parts petroleum jelly and aloe vera gel. The petroleum jelly helps moisturize skin while it cleans; the aloe vera helps to cut any sticky residue. I use pure almond oil to remove eye makeup because it is rich in skin-soothing substances, including vitamin E that has skin-protective properties.

I like Cliniques take the day off -balm by far.
It isn’t abbrasive at all, removes all make-up, you wash it away, skin feels clean, doesn’t leave residue.
But it depends on skin type. Dry skin types might find more comfort using cleansing milks and stuff you wipe away instead of washing with water.
I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes. They remove my makeup easily without drying out my face or leave an oily film on my face. :)

posted over 1 year agoOlive Oil… Hands down. Most effective, cheap amazing thing to get off your make up!
Extra Virgin is best. Make sure to wash it off with your regular face wash after if you are using it in the day time! x
i like etude house’s eye and lip make-up remover.. and their mascara remover as well.. :)

posted over 1 year agoI have and tried so many products but I still love the basic cold cream. It removes all the waterproof mascara/eyeliner I use (beach bum ;-) and moisturizes my dry skin at the same time. I love makeup wipes for after party, simple removal as well. I have a great face wash by Basic that deep cleanses my skin so well. It is a gel cleanser that is not harsh but literally washes every speck of makeup off my face.
posted over 1 year agoi like the equate wipes from walmart. i’ve also used petroleum jelly occasionally and lotion if i’m desperate and there’s nothing around. i don’t recommend lotion. it stings the eyes. i’ve also heard that olive oil is an amazing makeup remover, but i haven’t tried it myself.

posted over 1 year agoi love my cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, you just massage it into your skin and wipe it off with a cloth or rinse it off with water. It takes off all my make-up and leaves my skin soft and clean. You can even rub it into your eyes and it doesn’t irritate the skin at all.

I have had great results with Sephora’s makeup remover, which is now sold in wipe form here.
It is an all-in-one that removes makeup on the face and eyes, and it cleans and tones the skin with tons of healthy vitamins and Shea Butter. It doesn’t leave behind a residue, and it works well on sensitive skin like mine.
And did I mention that it’s easy on the wallet, too?
