Hey guys!! I was searching around for a Potter topic and they are all really old or specific so I thought I would create a place for us Potter nerds to gather!!

As for me…I have no idea why I love it…I just DO! It has been my life since the book first came out in the US. I even have one of the larger fan sites for it (Magical-Menagerie).
I love the books more than the movies but I love the movies too! I ignore the fact that they change a lot of things ;)
My favorite characters are Hermione, Neville, Luna, Draco (I liked him before Tom Felton came along :p) and some others ;)
Favorite actors: Emma Watson, Matt Lewis, Tom Felton, Alan Rickman, Evanna Lynch, Bonnie Wright, Rupert Grint, James and Oliver Phelps, Clemence Poesy (so pretty much everyone :P)
Favorite book is Deathly Hallows of course
Favorite movie is Half-Blood Prince (then OotP, then PoA)
I am looking forward to EVERYTHING about Deathly Hallows. I’ll probably cry the whole time like my best friend did when we saw Return of the King ;)

I feel like when I’m older, I’ll look back on Harry Potter and be like HEY KIDS THIS IS THE STUFF THAT I GREW UP ON. I WAS PART OF IT ALL.
And they’ll think I’m the coolest mom ever.
