any colour really, although nothing like platinum blonde. i’ve never seen a red head with a tan so i can’t say anything about that. but ummm like a golden brown or brown.

sometimes blonde and red look unnatural with a tan, but I’ve known a few tan blondes.

dark brown!
imo, unless naturally, your hair should not be lighter than your skin colour

depends what kind of tan! if you have a naturally tan/olive skin tone, then darker colors would look better. but you have a naturally beige skin tone and you happen to have a tan, then lighter colors could look better too.

i think any colour. except maybe fake platinum blonde – might make you look a bit plastic, you know?
i’ve never seen a tanned redhead, though..

the darker the better – it gives a good contrast

This may be something to take into consideration, but I read in a magazine that skin with warm undertones (which golden tanned skin would fall under) tend to suit colours like golden browns, chestnuts, mahoganies, or copper.
You should probably avoid blonde though as bleached blonde would look weird with a tan, and judging by your hair colour in your photos, you probably wouldn’t be able to go blonde without using bleach.

Dark brown or black hair would look the best against tanned skin.Lighter hair may come off as unnatural.
