a mini skirt of some sort and a belt around the shirt..Its a perfect piece….for all occasions.

It really depends on the length. If it’s long enough to wear as a short dress I go for tights and ankle boots. If it’s more of a tunic then skinnies and sky-high platforms are the usual.
