I have really narrow feet and thin ankles and I cant seem to find a pair of heels that work for me. It just seems like all the shoes that are made in a narrow size are very matronly. Every time I think I find a pair my heels slip out even with heel grips in or my feet slide right out over the shoe if they are open toe. So as of right now I have spent the past 22 years of my life in flip flops and sneakers. So if some one can help me out that would be awesome!!!!!

I also feel like I have narrow feet—I wear a 6-6.5. I’m always disappointed when I find a great lookin pair of heels and they slip off my heel. But the shoes that usually stay on for me are—BCBG, Nine West, Antonio Melani, Enzo Angiolini, Jessica Simpson, Kenneth Cole reaction and a few others. I can tell you that the only pair of Type-z peep toe pumps that I have slip right off even with a heel grip. I also have a problem with knee-high/ thigh-high boots —-the shaft is always too big for my leg.
