Hi! I love not only to wear fashion, think fashion… but also read fashion. I’m not talking coffee table books here (although of course there are amazing ones!) but rather stories where the main caracter is (more or less) FASHION. One of course is the classic “Devil wears Prada”, but what I actually like even more is the “crime of fashion” series by Ellen Byerrum. Anybody knows her books? And/or can recommend something similar?

i’m always looking for these types of books, because there seems to be close to none. most of the time the main character is described in an outfit that’s totally horrendous, or totally out of date. blech.
idk how old/what types of books you read, but i like the gossip girl ones ;)

Bergdorf Blondes by Plum Sykes is a pretty good book that has a lot of references to fashion. The main character loves Chloe jeans. In fact, that book introduced to me to Chloe when I was 15. Gossip Girl is also good too.
