Um anywhere? Last year I bought a pair from H&M, you could try chain stores.

H&M have plenty at the moment, and their 2 pair packs are really cheap. New Look, Topshop and River Island sell them too. I don’t know what the River ones are like but New Look’s ones are really nice, soft and comfortable. The Topshop ones are only good for people with really skinny legs.

I like to buy them from Target, you can get a good pair for like 2 bucks if they’re on clearance.

wal mart has nice pairs in black, brown, grey and cream for like…four bucks! and they’re very soft and nice-fitting!

Go to a school uniform school or some school uniform supplier like Flynn & O’Hara or Land’s End (they’re at Sears now, I believe).
