I thought it would be helpful for current job seekers.

How did you find your current job? I found mine through Craigslist around 1.5 years ago. I tried different places like Indeed.com and other sites but the one I got was from Craigslist.

I just got hired at a Salvation Army Thrift Store, and I found that job on Craigslist too! So glad I clicked on that posting :)

Got lucky through Craigslist. Other good sites to check out are: Indeed.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com. Oh, and definitely try LinkedIn, because they have a lot of job postings!

Craig’s List, but in a round-about way! I was originally hired as a tutor for my boss’ grandson. I’ve since grown quite close with the family and have worked in the boy’s mom’s cafe and now work as a property manager for his grandfather! I haven’t had to go to a job interview in years, haha

I find it through recruiting agency in Finland country at http://staffpoint.fi/ and many people already help that agency in that place.

I have a nearby plaza close to home with a couple of stores, restaurants,etc. I applied to Chico’s in June which is in that same plaza and I called and called. Finally in September I got called in for an interview and got hired. Ever since then I’ve been working at Chico’s and I’m thankful.

I found my current job through walking in the street and some hiring stuff outside the house.In Finland before i use to be a project manager and i also use to handle asiakkuudenhallinta or CRM and i can say that i am quite lucky on looking a job.

I just got a job in marketing after a couple of years in journalism and my blog and twitter account helped me get it! Has anybody else’s blog helped them get a job?

I found mine by approaching a professor in grad school to see if he knew of any job openings in the field. Besides my main 9-5 job I also work many freelance gigs and those usually come by through happenstance

Craigslist! It’s definitely one of those sites where you have to search for the diamond in the rough, but well worth filtering through the duds.

I found my new job through a career recruitment event at my university. I interned for them and they signed me on, giving me a year to finish the remainder of my classes.

Prior to this, I’ve found jobs on career websites through my school and craigslist.
