I look for blogs where I am consistently inspired by the person’s style. Not just one or two outfits, but almost everything they wear. It means I will keep coming back and commenting. Sometimes people have great style, and grainy photos. I don’t think it should always be about the quality of the photography and a lot of times it is. It sucks. But what can you do? As long as you are proud of what you put on your blog, that should be all that matters. :)posted over 3 years ago
I like reading about the content of the blog. Its cool to find observations, tips, experiences, and opinions about beauty and fashion trends, it makes it more diverse.posted over 3 years ago

I always look for blogs that are relatable. I would choose someone who wears vintage clothing with pieces from cheap stores like Forever 21, over someone who wears Chanel and Gucci, becuase thats not something i could personally afford.posted over 3 years ago
My most favorite fashion (well more like styling) blog barely has any photos of the stylist, and I’m quite attached to her blog because she’s simply a good writer. She sounds pretty witty, humorous, and intuitive with the way she writes on her entries. It’s like reading my Sunday newspapers.

I look for easy-to-read content that is fast-moving and keeps you well drawn in. I’m not one to judge photo quality as I don’t own a DSLR, but well-lighted photos are important.
I also look for blog I can relate to, as mentioned above, which involves budget clothing and thrifting and not forgetting the occasionnel vintage piece!
I love blogs that either have tutorials, or have beautiful writing. Tutorials are great because I can apply them in real life, while funny, interesting writing makes me become more attached to the blog.posted over 3 years ago
oh i see, thanks for your opinions guys!
mind to check my blog and tell me what do you think about it? it’s a new blog though. thanks!
the kind of blog I like to read has lots of day-to-day observations as well as a style that inspires me and I can relate to, like the whole thrift & high-street rather than designer. I love reading what people take the time to write!posted over 3 years ago
