Hey guys

I’m new to the blogging world and when I first started, I have loads of inspiration and motivation.

However, at the moment I’m so stuck for ideas on posts. I feel like I’m posting the same thing over and over again and I just can’t find an inspiration for anything exciting. I’m also finding it really hard to put my personality and style across!

My blog is: http://aaaphrodite.blogspot.co.uk – If you could leave any criticism or feedback on how I’m doing so far, that would be amazing!

I just need some motivation! Any ideas?

I’ve started setting aside times to “study” just like in university. I take a magazine or two, a little notebook, and some page markers. Then I head to a coffee shop where I sit an read for a while. I jot down any ideas I get in the notebook and use the page markers to mark specific things I like in the magazines. This has proven very useful when it comes to brainstorming ideas for my blog, and it makes me feel active when I don’t have the inspiration to write.

You might also start thinking up some ideas for a regular feature for your blog. Features are important when creating a “niche” for your blog. They provide a regular topic for you to focus on and will set you apart from other blogs.

Also, don’t feel guilty! Remember that blogging isn’t your whole life, so it’s ok to take breaks from it! You can’t force inspiration :)
