I like it! Simple and uncomplicated. Really lets the reader focus on your posts! You might consider a more prominant title so people know what blog they’re visiting.

@catiekat: not sure if you wanted your blog critiqued or not, but I just wanted to say that I think it looks really nice! Though you might want to consider moving your about me to the top of your side bar.

@fantasyfun: I like it! My only suggestion is that the gray font is kind of hard to read. Black would be a better option.

@uberchic: everything looks good! However, you have way too much going on in the side bar. I’m not sure if I should be looking at the content or what’s on the side.

I like your blog <3 I like it because it;s simple, But if you need to hear my honest opinion, you could use a brighter image on header. But it;s just my opinion^^

@sargeantfox maybe make the header smaller? it takes up the whole page if you don’t scroll. other than that, I like the clean minimalism :)

tights-and-tea.blogspot.com should I make the header a little more exciting, like an actual visual? does the sidebar take up to much space?

also.. I’ve been procrastinating on taking pics of my outfits b/c my room doesn’t have good lighting, and direct sunlight is too harsh. any suggestions? I’m a little nitpicky about photos

@sergeantfox: Thank you for starting this thread! :) I like your layout. But like what tightsandtea said, maybe you can make the header a little smaller? and lighter too! It would look a lot better! :) I like the simplicity.

@shelbylugal: I suggest you make your header a bit smaller ’cause it takes longer than the other contents to load. :)

I already fixed the sizes and everything in my laptop but when I view my blog in another computer, the sizing doesnt seem right anymore. Do you experience this at all? :)

I like the layout, but the header’s WAY too big! Generally, prospective readers should be able to get a glimpse of your latest post when they first load your page before scrolling. (I’m pushing the limit on that for my blog: http://www.tallblondeartist.com/)
