Steve Madden has a nice selection of patterned wedges right now if you want to go for something more adventurous. It’s hard to send a link to just one pair since the color is so unique, but I’d bring the dress to the store with you and see which pair goes best.
Bakers has this pair as well that definitely say Sweet 16 to me: http://www.bakersshoes.com/p-224889-GILIAN-WP.aspx?c=396
Personally, I would probably go with a shoe more like this BCBG wedge which is a bit more refined and you’re likely to have for a long time (but that’s probably because I’m older, ha): http://www.bcbg.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12672932&cp=4372846.2769059&parentPage=family

Here a few wedges that are affordable that I think would look so cure (ALSO: At DSW you can use up to 3 coupons at one time; you can do a goole search for them):
Maybe you will like the two listed…Good Luck!!posted about 4 years ago
Since the dress should be the main event to your outfit, don’t go crazy with the accessories. Go mild colors that compliment it like a beach-y tan color for the wedges. The jewelry could be chunky an cut right to the plate of your neckline to create more volume. Hope I helped!posted about 4 years ago
