1) As Ciuxy suggested, a high low asymmetric dress. Love clothing has a good collection of those. They feature bloggers wearing those dresses, each of them styled differently so you can gain inspiration from that :)
2) A white lace dress (or a soft color). Style it individually the way Adrianna from 90210 did or with a blazer the way this blogger has :)
3) Sheer. Incorporate sheer into your top, skirt or dress.
You could try wearing a sheer slip with a body con dress underneath for coverage the way Aria from PLL did.
4) Pink/red are romantic colors, opt for those in color selection :)
