I am going to a small, pretty casual wedding in new england on the beach this abor day weekend. im going to wear this coral/melon dress: http://www.revolveclothing.com/DisplayProduct.jsp?product=DOLC-WD312&AID=10568535&PID=2687457&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=cj&utm_content=10568535&utm_campaign=2687457&cvosrc=affiliate.cj.2687457&referrerURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.polyvore.com%2Fdolce_vita_rayan_petticoat_embroidery%2Fthing%3Fid%3D83584159&colorchng=&frmcolor=White+%26+Mint&tocolor=Melon&;

love it but what kind of shoes should i wear? bride says to wear flats because of the deck and sand.. i am so lost when it comes to shoes. any suggestions!?!? what color? thanks!

The dress is a great choice and looks excellent for a beach wedding :)

Trust the bride, we would say and wear flats in the sand. We would suggest gold sandals like these or embellished ones like these

You can also go for a nude pair of pointed ballerinas like these

And last but not the least, we have seen women skip footwear altogether on a beach wedding. They instead opt for foot jewelry / barefoot sandals or toe thongs.. whatever you call them. See here

SO cute! I’d keep everything neutral, tans, beiges, etc. I’d say go for something like this: http://www.imhaute.com/shoes/sandals-gold-metal-plated-nude-sandals/lupica-cml/ to keep it casual and beachy. Otherwise if this color works, these http://www.imhaute.com/shoes/wedges-coral-criss-cross-cork-wedges/bodee-2-cor/ would be a more dressy alternative while keeping it simple and cute. Both can be found at ImHaute.com :)

I would also agree with the bride to be. Wear some nude flats because it’s going to be very sandy since it is the beach. But if you do plan on wearing heels, I’d recommend wearing some nude wedges. :) Hope this helped

Such a gorgeous dress! I think maybe some black gladiators. It’ll stand out nicely i think and give it an interesting look

How about wearing nude color strappy sandals? The dress is gorgeous so you don’t need shoes to compete with it.

yes I agree with evrything here. but confortable does mean flat shoes? isnt it. You can take simple pumps like the mary jane shoes by american apparel. The must: you can wear it after the wedding, for your evryday look. White could be cool but, you know, the corail is great with green. Check it: http://store.americanapparel.net/product/?productId=maryjanes

I would say some nice flats would look perfect. Or tan, natural-looking wedge sandals!
